Ticket refund and exchange policy: Tickets to CCP productions are non-refundable and, in general, are not exchangeable. If a performance is cancelled due to inclement weather, you may attend any remaining performance (just present you ticket upon entry). If you are unable to use a purchased ticket, you may be able to claim the expense as a 501(c)(3) charitable donation on your tax return. The decision to completely cancel a performance, change location, or change start time will be posted on crossplayers.org at least 2 hours before the originally scheduled show time.
